SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 1 day but orders could take up to 2-3 business days to process unless other wise stated on the product description. Custom pieces may take longer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because a portion of every sale goes to the organizations Market and King supports, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item or issue a store credit within 14 days from the date your item is delivered. ALL returned items must be unworn, unused and in the original condition/packaging. For wholesale accounts, please inquire about any returns. Any type of ''custom item'' is considered FINAL SALE.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION TO BE A RETAILER?
No, we accept online retailers.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?
Yes, there is a minimum opening requirement of $150.
DOES MARKET AND KING OFFER ZIP CODE PROTECTION?
We want to provide each retailer the opportunity to meet the needs of their customers. We understand that some stores have different customer bases and carry varying items in their stores. We review each application very closely and take many things into account when approving new accounts. We invite all retailers with interest to submit an application. HOW LONG DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS TAKE AFTER I SUBMIT THE APPLICATION TO BECOME A MARKET AND KING RETAILER?
You should receive a reply about your account within 24-48 hours after you submit your application.
